About
Saktu is the alias of Aleksandr Tsyrin, a producer from Sankt-Peterburg who began releasing electronic music in 2018. He also operates under the alias Sasha Kaktus and has built a catalog of 11 releases across multiple European labels since his debut.
Saktu produces minimal deep tech, deep house, and tech house tracks that span from contemplative deeper cuts to club-ready material. His releases appear on HEISENBERG, Mobilee Records, and Uvar, with his output consistently exploring the intersection between minimal techno and house music. His productions maintain the stripped-back aesthetic of minimal deep tech while incorporating the groove elements that define his house and tech house work, creating tracks suitable for both peak-time and afterhours DJ sets.
