Scott Mac

Scott Mac is British producer Scott McShane, who began DJing at London's Wag club in 1992 before securing a residency at the Limelight club. He became a regular on the London club scene throughout the 1990s, playing at parties including Naked Lunch, Art, Fubar and the Gass club. McShane produced his first track "S.D.J" alongside Jon Nelson and Pete Lazonby, and has released music under the aliases Hutch, DJ Cams, and Gravity Zone.

Scott Mac's recent productions span house and peak time driving techno, with releases appearing on Armada Music and We Are The Brave between 2025 and 2026. His sound incorporates elements of 140 BPM dubstep and Afro house, delivering both driving club tracks and deeper album material. The combination of his London club heritage and modern production approach results in tracks that work across different dance floor contexts, from peak time techno sets to more groove-oriented house rooms.
