Secret Cinema is the moniker of Dutch techno producer Jeroen Verheij, who has been releasing electronic music since February 2010. Based in The Netherlands, Verheij operates under several aliases including Meng Syndicate, Night On Earth, and Grooveyard. He founded the Gem Records label, which serves as a primary outlet for his productions alongside his releases on Green, NINETOZERO, and various compilation appearances.
His sound spans peak time driving techno, raw deep hypnotic techno, minimal deep tech, and tech house across 21 releases to date. Verheij's productions on Gem Records and Green demonstrate his range from driving peak-hour tracks to deeper, more hypnotic compositions suitable for extended DJ sets. His work maintains consistent output from his 2010 debut through current releases in 2025, with recent material appearing on the Top Tracks of 2025 compilation, indicating his continued relevance in the contemporary techno scene.
