Sharam Tayebi is a US-based house DJ and producer who was born in Tehran in 1970 and operates from Washington D.C. He began his solo career in 2010 following his work as half of the duo Deep Dish, launching his first solo release in February 2010. Sharam runs the Yoshitoshi Recordings label and has built a catalog of 29 releases over his career spanning into 2025.
His sound centers on peak time driving techno and melodic house & techno, with releases spanning tech house and traditional house music. Sharam's tracks appear on major electronic labels including Drumcode, Higher Ground, Filth on Acid, and All I Need, alongside his own Yoshitoshi Recordings imprint.
