Shawnecy

Shawnecy, born Maysam Salehi, is a Persian tech house DJ and producer who was raised in Germany. He began releasing music in 2012 and forms half of the duo Pele & Shawnecy alongside Patrick Gallenmüller (known as Pele). Over his career, he has released 19 tracks across various electronic music labels, establishing himself as a consistent presence in the European house and techno scene.

His productions span tech house, minimal/deep tech, peak time techno, house, and deep house, with releases appearing on respected labels including Moon Harbour Recordings, Snatch! Records, De-Noize Records, Materialism, and Bunny Tiger Dubs. Shawnecy's sound typically operates within the driving, club-focused spectrum of electronic music, delivering tracks suitable for peak-time DJ sets. His most recent release appeared in 2025, demonstrating over a decade of sustained output across multiple sub-genres within the house and techno family.
