Shed

Shed is the primary alias of René Pawlowitz, a German DJ and producer born in 1975 in Frankfurt (Oder). He founded Berlin-based label Soloaction Records in 2004 and has operated under multiple aliases including STP, EQD, and Wax. Pawlowitz began releasing material under the Shed moniker in 2012, with his first documented release appearing on July 27 of that year.

His sound spans peak time driving techno and raw deep hypnotic variants, with releases appearing on labels including Cabrera, Tectonic, The Final Experiment, monkeytown records, and Boogie Box Records.
