Shermanology

Shermanology is a Dutch group consisting of siblings Andy Sherman, Dorothy Sherman, and Leon Sherman. The trio was raised on the Dutch-Caribbean island of Curaçao and now operates between Amsterdam and Rotterdam. They launched Shermanology in 2009 and established their own label D'Eaupe in 2021, which serves as a primary outlet for their releases.

Their sound spans tech house, house, afro house, melodic house & techno, and minimal deep tech territories. Shermanology has released music on established labels including Defected, Nervous Records, Rawthentic, and Solä, alongside their own D'Eaupe imprint. With 41 releases documented since their first release in June 2020, they maintain consistent output that blends Caribbean influences with contemporary house music frameworks. Their tracks typically operate within house music's standard 120-128 BPM range while incorporating afro house percussion elements and melodic techno progressions that reflect both their Dutch electronic music heritage and Caribbean upbringing.
