Shimza, born Kholofelo Ashley Raphala, is a DJ and producer from Tembisa, South Africa. He founded his first label Shimuzic Productions in 2017, followed by KUNYE in 2020. His Electrobuzz catalog spans from December 2017 to January 2026 with 15 releases across multiple imprints.
His sound encompasses Afro House, House, Tech House, Melodic House & Techno, and Deep House. Shimza releases music on established labels including Cadenza, Helix Records, Knee Deep In Sound, Broke, and Cercle Records.
