Simion

Simion is the deep house alias of German producer and DJ Michael Kronenberger, who is best known as one half of the house music duo Milk & Sugar. Kronenberger launched the Simion project in 2013 as part of a new artistic direction tied to the deep house label Hedonism Music, which he co-founded with Steffen Harning through their company Future Music Produktions- und Verlags GmbH. The moniker allows Kronenberger to explore a deeper, more underground club sound, distinct from his mainstream house work.

Simion's sound spans deep house and tech house territories, with releases appearing on labels including Mother Recordings, Snatch! Records, Kittball, and cajual between 2013 and 2019. The project delivers club-focused tracks that maintain the groove-heavy foundation of house music while incorporating deeper, more underground elements suited for peak-time dancefloor moments. His 14 releases demonstrate a consistent approach to crafting dancefloor weapons that bridge the gap between accessible house music and more underground club sounds.
