Sirens Of Lesbos operates as a Swiss five-piece group based in Bern, featuring members Melvyn Buss, Jasmin-Nura Serag, Nabyla Amani Serag, Arthur Friede, and Denise Häberli. The collective launched their own label, also named Sirens Of Lesbos, in summer 2018, establishing both their recording outlet and artistic identity simultaneously. Their first release appeared on Exploited in May 2014, marking the beginning of a five-year recording period that concluded in December 2019.

The group produces deep house and house music across seven documented releases, distributed between Exploited and their self-titled imprint. Their output maintains consistent focus within house music's deeper territories, avoiding the high-energy peaks typical of peak-time dance floor tracks in favor of more subdued, groove-oriented compositions. The transition from releasing on external labels to operating their own imprint in 2018 coincided with their later catalog period, suggesting increased creative control over their musical direction and release strategy.
