SLAMM

SLAMM is a British electronic music group that began releasing music in 2024, marking a significant shift from their earlier incarnation. The group consists of five members: John Wilks on vocals, Julian Gabriah on guitar, Dave Stanton on keyboard, Jason Ashley on bass, and Scott Schecter on drums. After leaving PWL International in 1995, they previously toured under the name The Children before adopting the SLAMM moniker for their electronic music productions.

SLAMM produces music spanning minimal/deep tech, house, indie dance, tech house, and peak time driving techno. They have released five tracks through DistroKid, with their music appearing on Insomniac Records' IN/Rotation imprint and achieving beatport top 100 placement. Their sound operates across multiple electronic genres, suggesting versatility in both underground minimal productions and peak-time techno designed for main room environments. The group's releases between October 2024 and October 2025 demonstrate consistent output across the house and techno spectrum.
