Subjoi

Subjoi is the electronic music project of Jakub Fidos, a producer from Adelaide, Australia who originally hails from Warsaw. He began releasing music in December 2017 and has maintained a steady output with eight releases through 2021.

Subjoi operates primarily in the deep house and UK garage spectrum, with his productions spanning house and broader electronic territories. His releases appear on labels including Lost Palms, Distant Hawaii, and Piff Records. The project blends the warm, rolling characteristics of deep house with the syncopated rhythms and bass-heavy elements typical of UK garage and bassline music, creating tracks that work equally well in intimate club settings and larger dancefloor environments.
