Talla 2xlc

Talla 2XLC, born Andreas Tomalla, is a German DJ and electronic musician based in Frankfurt am Main who has been active in electronic music since the mid-1980s. He co-founded the Technoclub event at the Dorian Gray discothèque in 1984 and worked with the ZYX imprint Techno Drome International starting in 1987, where he helped advocate for the term "techno" to describe electronic dance music. He operates under several aliases including T2, Two Of China, and Technoclub Inc.

Talla 2XLC produces peak time driving techno and main floor trance, releasing music on labels including Technoclub Pure and Black Hole Recordings. His sound spans electronic music ranging from high-energy techno designed for peak club hours to accessible trance productions suitable for main room environments. Since returning to active production in 2021, he has maintained a consistent release schedule through 2025, demonstrating his continued relevance in contemporary electronic music scenes while drawing from his decades of experience in German techno culture.
