Tantsui

Tantsui is an electronic live project from Moscow, Russia, formed by Ramzes Akhmetov. The project began releasing music in 2015 and operates as a group format despite being centered around Akhmetov's production work. Tantsui has released five records between 2015 and 2019, establishing connections with respected German imprints Kindisch and Bar 25 Music.

The project's sound spans deep house, house, and electronica territories with downtempo influences woven throughout the productions. Tantsui's releases on Kindisch and Bar 25 Music demonstrate an approach that balances dancefloor functionality with more introspective electronic textures. The music operates within house music's established frameworks while incorporating electronica elements that suggest lower-energy listening contexts alongside club-ready material. This dual approach positions Tantsui's catalog for both peak-time DJ sets and more contemplative programming slots.
