Terence Fixmer

Terence Fixmer is a French EBM and techno producer originally from Lille who founded Planete Rouge Records. Born in 1972, he operates under several aliases including Scanner, Eisbär, and Gemini 9, establishing himself as both a producer and live performer in the electronic music scene.

Fixmer's sound spans peak time and driving techno alongside raw, deep, and hypnotic variants, with releases distributed across prestigious labels including Ostgut Ton, Novamute, and Mute Records. His 41 releases since 2010 demonstrate a range from hard-hitting techno designed for peak hours to deeper electronica and house explorations on his own Planete Rouge imprint and Music Man Records. The French producer's output maintains the industrial edge of his EBM roots while adapting to contemporary techno's demands for both dancefloor functionality and atmospheric depth.
