Teste

Teste is a Toronto-based electronic music group that formed in 1992, comprised of members Dave Foster, Soren B., Himadri Ghosh, and Martin Maischein. The Canadian collective began releasing material on Electrobuzz in 2014, with their first documented release appearing in September of that year.

The group produces peak time and driving techno tracks that maintain the focused intensity characteristic of minimal techno. Teste releases exclusively on Edit Select, delivering nine releases between 2014 and 2018. Their sound operates within the harder spectrum of techno, designed for peak hour dancefloor moments with driving rhythms and stripped-down arrangements that prioritize impact over complexity.
