Tevo Howard

Tevo Howard is a DJ and producer from Chicago who began releasing music in 2010. The son of Rick Howard, he operates under several aliases including Tyrez, Sequence Report, and Tevo Howard's Black Electro Orchestra. Howard runs two labels: Beautiful Granville Records and Tevo Howard Recordings, establishing himself as both an artist and label owner in the Chicago house scene.

Howard's sound spans deep house, tech house, and peak time techno, with 23 releases documented since his debut in December 2010. His music appears on notable labels including Last Night On Earth, wewillalwaysbealovesong, Abstract Theory, and Chiwax, alongside releases on his own imprints. His output ranges from deeper, more introspective house tracks to driving techno aimed at peak-time dancefloors, with his most recent release appearing in May 2024. Howard's catalog demonstrates a consistent evolution from traditional Chicago house foundations toward more contemporary tech house and techno territories.
