About
TheGoddessMusic operates as both a folk/rock/experimental band and an electronic music project. The group formed at the Fall Equinox in 1998 and consists of members Wendy Sheridan, Dennis Young, Jeff Kalmar, and David Axelrod. The collective explores Goddess spirituality through their musical output and maintains an online presence at musicforthegoddess.com.
Their electronic music catalog spans funky house, house, deep house, and jackin house styles across five releases on UNDR THE RADR label. TheGoddessMusic's electronic output began in June 2025 with their most recent release appearing in January 2026. The project channels their spiritual approach into groove-oriented house music that moves between the deeper, more meditative territories of deep house and the more energetic, percussion-driven jackin house formats.
