Thor Rixon

Thor Rixon is a South African musician, songwriter and producer who began releasing electronic music in 2017. His debut release appeared on Get Physical Music in July 2017, establishing his presence in the international electronic music scene.

Rixon produces deep house and electronica, with his sound spanning from downtempo electronic compositions to club-ready deep house tracks. His releases on Get Physical Music demonstrate a focus on groove-oriented productions that work across different listening contexts. Since his 2017 debut, he has maintained a consistent output through 2024, with his most recent release appearing in August 2024 on the same Berlin-based label that launched his career.
