Tocadisco

Tocadisco is German producer Roman Böer de Garcez, who began his DJ career in 1996 at Düsseldorf's Unique Club before establishing himself in Berlin. His breakthrough came in 2001 when his remix of Slam's "Lifetimes" was voted among the best remixes of the year in Groove magazine's reader poll. He operates under several aliases including Darocca, S-pin Codek, and AC/OT, and has maintained an active production schedule with 11 releases documented between 2012 and 2026.

Tocadisco's sound spans techno, house, and tech house territories, with recent expansion into melodic house & techno and Afro house styles. His releases appear on respected labels including Drumcode and TRAGEDIE, positioning him within peak time and driving techno circles. The producer's output demonstrates an evolution from his early house-influenced work toward harder, more driving techno productions suitable for main room and festival environments, making his tracks particularly relevant for DJs programming peak-hour sets.
