Tojami Sessions

Tojami Sessions is a collaborative trio consisting of Michel Niepenberg, Tom Bucher and Jacek Darnowski. Tom Bucher and Jacek Darnowski began producing together in 1992, releasing their first work in 1997 on G.E.M. sublabel Hey Babe!, followed by productions for Frankfurt's Raum...musik under the pseudonym Skiebäck. The trio launched Tojami Sessions as a project to represent the diversity of house music, with their first release appearing in March 2010.

The group produces deep house, tech house and minimal deep tech tracks that span both single releases and full albums. Their sound explores the deeper spectrum of house music, moving between the contemplative grooves of deep house and the more driving elements of tech house. Between 2010 and 2015, Tojami Sessions released six productions that demonstrate their approach to crafting extended musical statements within the house music framework.
