Tony Romera, born Anthony Romera in 1991, is a French DJ and producer from Lyon. He began releasing music in 2023 with his debut appearing on Alleanza in April, quickly establishing himself across multiple house music subgenres. Romera has built a prolific catalog with 55 releases spanning tech house, progressive house, and bass house territories.
His sound moves fluidly between tech house's driving percussion and the deeper, more minimal textures of deep tech, with frequent excursions into afro house rhythms and jackin house grooves. Romera releases primarily on Toolroom and its subsidiary Toolroom Trax, alongside appearances on Issues and Solä. His tracks typically operate in the 120-128 BPM range, delivering both peak-time energy and after-hours atmospherics depending on the release. The Lyon-based producer has shown particular skill in crafting bass house anthems that retain the sophisticated production values of his progressive house background.
