Transcode is the production alias of Manchester-based DJ and producer Stevie Hare. He began releasing music in 2017, making his debut on April 26th that year, and has since amassed 12 releases across various electronic music labels over a five-year period ending in 2022.
His sound centers on peak time driving techno and melodic house & techno, delivering high-energy tracks designed for primetime dancefloor moments. Transcode has released music on Terminal M, Stil Vor Talent, Filth on Acid, What Came First, and Gem Records, establishing connections with both established techno imprints and forward-thinking house labels.
