Cornelius Ferguson, known as Traxman and also performing under the alias Corky "Traxman" Strong, operates from Chicago's west side as one of the city's longest-serving house and footwork producers. Ferguson began releasing music in the 1990s during the glory days of ghetto house on Dance Mania Records and co-founded the two-decade-running collective Geto DJ's Inc.
