TSHA is the alias of Teisha Matthews, a London-based DJ, producer, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Fareham, Hampshire. Born on December 28, 1992, Matthews moved to London from her hometown and began releasing music under the TSHA moniker in April 2020. In 2025, she founded her own label Jackfruit.
TSHA produces house and electronica with melodic house & techno and afro house elements. Her releases appear on respected labels including Ninja Tune, Anjunadeep, fabric Records, and Habitat Records, alongside her own Jackfruit imprint. With 17 releases spanning from 2020 to present, her sound combines house rhythms with melodic sensibilities and incorporates afro house influences. Her output maintains consistent quality across multiple established electronic music labels, indicating her versatility within house music's various subgenres.
