UNDERHER

UNDERHER was created by Tunisian-Canadian producer Khaled Bess in 2017, who had previously operated in the techno circuit since 2009 under the alias Kalden Bess. The project runs its own label IAMHER and has supported live acts including SOHN, HVOB, and Haelos. Since launching in 2017, UNDERHER has released 20 tracks across multiple imprints and collaborated with established artists including Moby, Booka Shade, U2, and Maya Jane Coles.

UNDERHER operates across melodic house and techno, electronica, downtempo, and organic house territories, releasing on labels including Underyourskin Records, 2DIY4, Blaufield Music, and Ellora. The project's output spans from peak-time driving techno to more contemplative electronica and downtempo compositions, with releases dating from March 2019 through 2025. The sound combines melodic sensibilities with darker techno elements, positioning the project within both dancefloor-focused and listening contexts across the electronic music spectrum.
