Vidis

Vidis, born Vidmantas Čepkauskas, is a Lithuanian DJ and producer who founded the Silence Music label. He began releasing music in 2012 and has collaborated with Mario Basanov under the project name Mario Basanov & Vidis. The artist also records under the alias V and maintains an active presence through his official website and social media channels.

Vidis produces deep house, tech house, and nu disco tracks that span a versatile range of electronic music styles. His catalog includes six releases between 2012 and 2015, showcasing a sound that moves from the deeper, more contemplative textures of deep house to the driving rhythms of tech house and the funk-influenced elements of nu disco. His work through Silence Music demonstrates his role as both an artist and label curator within Lithuania's electronic music scene.
