VOY

VOY is a UK-based electronic music group featuring Ste Williams, who has been releasing music since November 2018. The project also operates under the alias Cecil and runs its own imprint, VOY, alongside releases on Memoria Recordings. Over five years of activity, VOY has maintained a steady output with five releases spanning from 2018 to 2023.

VOY's sound centers on minimal and deep tech territories, incorporating house, electronic, and peak-time driving techno elements. The project's releases on VOY and Memoria Recordings demonstrate a focus on stripped-down, functional club music designed for extended DJ sets. Their approach favors hypnotic repetition and subtle progression over dramatic builds, making their tracks suitable for both intimate underground venues and larger dancefloor contexts.
