Wearing Shoes

Wearing Shoes is the alias of Italian producer Alfonso Bottone, who began releasing electronic music under this moniker in June 2024. Bottone operates both under his real name and the Wearing Shoes project, using the latter to explore deeper and more soulful house territories. The project has released five tracks across three labels in its brief but active tenure.

Wearing Shoes produces deep house and afro house with occasional forays into electro pop and classic electro styles. The project releases on Soulstar Records, Groovebom Records, and Morris / Audio, focusing on intimate and emotional interpretations of soulful house music. The sound emphasizes the deeper, more introspective side of house music, distinguishing it from Bottone's work under his own name.
