William Arist

William Arist, real name William Aristegui, operates from Montevideo, Uruguay and began releasing electronic music in March 2018. He runs Perseverancia Records alongside his Espacio Sonoro music school, establishing himself as both producer and educator in Uruguay's electronic music scene. Arist also produces under the alias Dusicyon, expanding his creative output across different project identities.

His sound centers on raw, deep, and hypnotic techno with peak-time driving elements, spanning from 120-135 BPM ranges that work equally in underground basements and main room slots. Arist releases on established techno imprints including Planet Rhythm, Mind Medizin Records, Frenzy Recordings, DEAD CERT. Records, and UNCAGE, demonstrating his credibility within the genre's label ecosystem. His catalog also ventures into Afro House and Deep House territories, showing versatility while maintaining the heavy, contemporary techno foundation that defines his core aesthetic.
