Willy Soul

Willy Soul is Will Benrubi, a New York-based producer and DJ who founded Brooklyn's psychedelic funk party The Funky Seshwa, a resident event at Good Room nightclub. He began releasing electronic music in November 2025, establishing himself across multiple genres with seven releases in just over a month. Benrubi works as a remixer, editor and producer while maintaining his role as founder and resident DJ of his Brooklyn-based party series.

His sound spans house, deep house, and Afro house alongside classic Detroit electro and broader electronica, creating sets that range from the hypnotic grooves of deep house to the driving rhythms of Afro house. Willy Soul releases on Vega Records and appeared on the Curation Best Of 2025 compilation, showcasing his ability to work within both underground house circuits and broader electronic music contexts.
