Worakls

Worakls is the project of French producer Kevin Rodrigues, based in Île-de-France. Originally launched in 2008 as a duo featuring Rodrigues and Matt Courtois (Norman Joss), the project transitioned to Rodrigues as a solo act. He co-founded Hungry Music, which serves as the primary outlet for his releases. Rodrigues has maintained consistent output since his first release in July 2013, with nine releases documented through December 2025.

His sound spans deep house, melodic house and techno, and tech house, with releases appearing on Hungry Music, FFRR, and Curation Best Of 2025. Worakls produces music that balances melodic elements with driving rhythms, creating tracks suitable for both peak-time DJ sets and more contemplative listening experiences. His approach incorporates progressive house influences alongside deeper electronic textures, resulting in productions that work across multiple contexts within the house and techno spectrum. The project has evolved from its original duo format while maintaining a focus on melody-driven electronic music that bridges underground and more accessible territories.
