XXXY

XXXY is the alias of Manchester-born producer Rupert Taylor, who now operates from Berlin. Taylor launched the XXXY project in 2014 with his first release appearing on Ten Thousand Yen in June of that year. He has also recorded under the aliases Forensix (mcr) and maintains his real name as a separate artist identity.

XXXY produces deep house and house music, releasing material on respected labels including Rinse and Ten Thousand Yen. His sound operates within traditional house tempos while maintaining the deeper, more atmospheric qualities associated with the deep house spectrum. Between 2014 and 2016, Taylor released five records under the XXXY moniker, establishing a focused catalog that demonstrates his commitment to refined house production rather than prolific output.
