Years Of Denial

Years Of Denial is a duo comprising French musician Jerome Tcherneyan and Czech performance artist, songwriter, and poet Barkosina Hanusova. The project has been active since 2016 and began releasing electronic music in 2019 with their first output appearing on VEYL in August of that year.

Their sound spans peak time driving techno and classic Detroit electro, alongside raw hypnotic techno and downtempo electronica. Years Of Denial releases on respected underground labels including VEYL, Pinkman, and Murder Records, with five releases between 2019 and 2023. The duo's approach combines EBM and coldwave influences with modern techno production, creating tracks that work equally in peak time sets and more introspective moments on the dancefloor.
