Young Pulse

Young Pulse is the electronic music project of Julien Ozonder, a DJ and producer from Paris, France. He began his career in the mid-2000s as a hip-hop beatmaker and DJ, producing for French and international artists before signing to independent label Institubes and launching Stunts DJs. In 2010, Ozonder relocated to Washington DC where he worked as a mixing engineer and collaborated with jazz pianist Marcus Johnson under the alias Flo Juris.

Young Pulse's sound spans nu disco, house, and deep house territories, releasing on labels including Toy Tonics and Bombstrikes. His catalog includes seven releases between January 2025 and November 2025, demonstrating active output across disco-influenced house music. The project represents Ozonder's evolution from hip-hop production into the house and disco realm, incorporating his mixing engineering background into dance floor-focused productions that blend classic disco elements with contemporary house structures.
