Zafrir

Zafrir is the electronic music project of Israeli producer Zafrir Ifrach, based in Sederot. He operates as a multi-instrument musician and composer who began releasing electronic music in November 2022. Ifrach runs his own imprint ZAF RECORDS while also maintaining a separate world music project called Zafire that he launched in 2010, which combines Mediterranean and ethnic influences.

Zafrir's electronic output spans melodic house and techno, progressive house, and organic house with downtempo elements, alongside dance pop and peak-time driving techno. He releases music through ZAF RECORDS, UPPERGROUND, Panda Lab Records, When Stars Align, and 1001 Recordings. His productions range from the deeper, more organic tempos suitable for sunset sets to driving peak-time techno tracks, with melodic house and techno forming the core of his 15-release catalog that extends through 2026.
