Zoo Brazil

Zoo Brazil started as a Swedish DJ and producer duo consisting of John Andersson and Johan Emmoth, with their first release appearing in October 2009. The project is now led solely by John Andersson, continuing to operate under the Zoo Brazil moniker since the departure of his original partner.

Zoo Brazil produces tech house and deep house with excursions into peak time techno and melodic house & techno, releasing consistently across respected labels including Saved Records, Knee Deep In Sound, Mobilee Records, Magik Muzik, and Transpecta. With 68 releases spanning over a decade from 2009 to 2020, the project delivers driving, club-focused productions that range from deeper, more hypnotic tracks to peak-time dancefloor weapons. The sound maintains a Swedish precision in production while incorporating the groove-heavy elements that define modern tech house, making Zoo Brazil releases suitable for both intimate club sets and festival main stages.
