Claudia Lovisa might sounds like a new name on the scene but quickly look back at her history and you’ll find someone who’s been playing records longer than most and, as part of AMELIE, she has even been part of our back catalogue. Now living in Ibiza she is dedicating more and more time producing music and this EP is proof that her hard work is definitely paying off. “Nightrider” caught our ears immediately and features Claudia’s own subdued vocals. It’s a catchy and rolling number that never fails to catch the attention of the public and DJ’s alike. You hear one minute of sexy tremor until you her voice bursts through with the lyric “Something’s coming…” Little do you know, she is warning you about the reckless undertaking your body will go through while listening to this track. Tim Green works his magic on his deeper interpretation of “Nightrider”, a simple but highly effective rework that puts the vocal on center stage. Murky undertones and soft rattles crescendo half way through, until a funky bass line is thrown in and the vocals thrust toward your feet.
