Kazukuta Records is a label that comes to life with the purpose of spreading the good music, being made, in Angola. House music (Soulfull, Afro-beat, Deep House) is what it dominates, but it shows the ambition to deal with all sorts of Angolan music that it identifies with. The man behind this is Tiago Barros. Asked about the motivation for this he says that, he feels like he is in a privileged position to give the opportunity for Angolan producers to put their work out on a digital consequent platform. Spirituality is clearly important for the label, showing a level of maturity that is evident on all elements filling in the KAZUKUTA RECORDS products. “All the music coming out of here, no matter how simple or how complex, will be music with Soul!”.
