By submitting your Release (s) to us;

 

1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the release and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.

2. Your submission to Electrobuzz gives unconditional permission for us to publish your release on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our Electrobuzz RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.

3. The submission of the release(s) will be made with cosmobox.org link and one-second link of your choice.

4. Your submission to Electrobuzz also gives unconditional permission for your releases to be republished in other Electrobuzz websites. We ask publisher(s) to follow our rules as stated below, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright — it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your releases.

5. It is the Electrobuzz Team’s sole decision as to whether your release is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your release(s) will be published. Quality matters. We reserve the right to remove your release(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.

6. The Electrobuzz Editorial Team reserves the right to re-classify your release in a music category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.

7. You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your release. The primary reason for submitting your release to our directory is for the chance to be promoted to Electrobuzz public or to be distributed to their respective audiences. While Electrobuzz receives many unique visitors monthly, there are no guarantees your release will be viewed by anyone.

8. Electrobuzz is advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your releases.

9. If your release does not conform to the Electrobuzz editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your release so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines.

10. You declare that you will not send in any releases with direct affiliate links in them. We reject releases with direct affiliate links. Also, you agree that your releases do not violate any international law, nor contains malware, viruses or any other harmful software, do not promote racism, pornography or any abusive materials whatsoever.
