German DJ and producer Daniel Steinberg (real name Daniel Sternberg) is based in Berlin and co-founded the ARMS & LEGS label with Nils Ohrmann in 2011. His tech house and deep house productions appear on Play It Down, Classic Music Company, and W&O Street Tracks.
Daniel Steinberg has been even more prolific than usual of late, delivering 4 EPs and remix already in 2021 which have garnered widespread support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong & Danny Howard, The Blessed Madonna and Green Velvet. This latest outing on Arms & Legs is a more stripped back affair than his previous releases. With ‘I Saw You’ Steinberg serves up of wonky slice of bass heavy and boompty house with hypnotic vocals and an intoxicating break which are sure to have a huge dance floor impact. There is a dub on the flip which is somewhat reminiscent of Daniel Bell’s earlier output. Both cuts are flawlessly produced and showcase once again the versatility and talent of the Berlin producer.//
