Circus Jazz / Frankies Trip – Masters at Work Circus Jazz – uplifting, good-feel music is how we can describe it. You just want to sing along! We wanted to show you how we started to build and turn a track into a song. It lends itself to many different melodies, with lyrics that usually followed. The chords are already singing out loud. Smiling faces are what we see when we hear this choon. Frankies Trip is a special instrumental from one of Frankie Felicianos remixes on MAW Records back in the mid 90s. Frankie was always one of our favorites to call upon for a remix on MAW Records. With our releases, the outcome was always special. The cosmic take on these tracks is that they are taken straight from the 90s MAW studio rough mix, so all the tracks and beats are intact-just as created 30 years ago. Louie Vega is a Belgian producer whose real name is Marcos Salon, active since 1989 with aliases including Outlander and Micro X. He produces house, deep house, tech house, and afro house across 90 releases on labels including Nervous Records, MAW Records, Vega Records, Defected, and Cuttin' Headz.
Masters At Work is the New York house duo of "Little" Louie Vega and Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez, active since 1990. They produce house, deep house, and Afro house across their own MAW Records and BBE Music, also releasing under aliases including Nuyorican Soul and KenLou.
