Following their first comeback single “Who You Are” with Pau Lin after an eight-year hiatus, Marsmobil are back with two wonderfully catchy pop songs featuring French vocals by renowned singer Ada Morghe. With their new single, MARSMOBIL opens an elegant chapter between nostalgia and the present. Carried by the warm groove of French soft rock pop from the 70s, a sound unfolds that is equally casual, playful, and timeless. The focus is on featured singer Ada Morghe – a voice of extraordinary presence. Her vocal signature is unmistakable: cheeky and sensual like Plastic Bertrand, poetic and nonchalant like Serge Gainsbourg. Ada Morghe lends the two songs a charming lightness that immediately sticks in the mind and at the same time conveys a melancholic depth. MARSMOBIL combine analog warmth with modern production to create a soundscape that evokes French cinema, nighttime boulevards, and faded vinyl covers – yet remains firmly anchored in the here and now.
