Marking his first appearance on belonging, Carl Bee joins the label’s family with the two-track ‘Twilight’ EP. ‘Twilight’ opens with a high-energy Indie Dance cut with clear disco touches. A steady groove and bright synths carry the track, while the disco-style vocals give it a more playful, open feel without losing the dancefloor focus. On ‘Hits Like This’, things move into a more direct club direction. Sitting between Tech House and bigger room territory, it’s built around a solid low-end and a clean, functional arrangement.
