Hardy, aka D.M.P. and/or Khaaron, this new alias shifts focus toward a more refined palette of downtempo, and lounge-infused, mushroom jazz, deep house textures. The result is a debut that feels less like an experiment and more like the confident unveiling of a long-evolved sonic identity. Opening cut ‘Don’t Put The Guinea Pig In Water’ sets the tone with a laid-back, breakbeat-driven groove that leans into jazz-laced chord progressions and delicate melodic phrasing.
