Following their standout label debut ‘Step By Step’, Italian melodic electronic duo Alfa Romero return to Purified Records with their ‘Breathe In The Echo’ EP. Showcasing their emotive yet powerful sound, the two-track release reflects the label’s emotional depth, interweaving masterful melodies, atmospheric textures, and poignant vocals that resonate, leaving a lasting impression on the dancefloor. The ‘Breathe In The Echo’ artwork features an aerial coastal shot by Colombian biologist and ocean photographer Juan Camilo Mora (@jcmoraphotography), capturing two contrasting bodies of water, divided by a strip of land. This natural boundary evokes a sense of duality and connection, mirroring the EP’s sonic journey – where tension and release, light and shadow, converge in a seamless, immersive experience. Juan uses photography as a bridge between science, exploration and storytelling, revealing the beauty of marine ecosystems and encouraging a deeper connection with the natural world.
