Presenting the latest edition of its tastemaker compilation series, Purified Records unveils ‘Fragments XXXVII’ – a diverse and impactful selection of sounds from both new and familiar faces to the label. Showcasing the emotive, yet mighty core of Purified’s sound, the compilation journeys through cinematic soundscapes, driving club moments and haunting vocal-led productions. Making a massive impact in Nora En Pure’s Purified 500 stream from the South African Wilderness and sets on tour, Tirana-born producer Erly Tepshi opens the compilation with his commanding cut ‘Domain Expansion’. With previous support from Tale Of Us and releases on Armada, including an official remix for Armin van Buuren, his potent sound continues to push him on an upward trajectory. Bringing a nostalgic and playful energy, Berlin-based artist Eleonora debuts on the label with ‘Something’s Changing’. Guided by expressive vocals and dynamic twists, this track captures the essence of her expressive live performances, and follows releases on some of the world’s leading imprints such as Anjunabeats and Get Physical, including collaborations with the likes of Moonwalk and Dubfire. Sardinia-born artist Artic White continues his sonic journey with ‘Frozen Tears’, entering a moving melodic territory built around crisp synth work and emotive progressions. Currently ranked #1 Beatport Organic House and Hype artist, he has received support from industry greats including Nick Warren, Tim Green and Nora En Pure. Introducing his sound to the label, Canadian-American artist and label owner Kennedy One teams up with German singer-songwriter Oliver Kling for ‘This Feeling’, bringing a darker emotional edge to the compilation with haunting vocals and driving melodic intensity. Venturing deeper into clubland, French producer Galluxy delivers ‘Stronger’. Pairing hard-hitting instrumentals with a vocal hook reminiscent of the iconic ‘Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger’ lyrics, the dancefloor weapon oozes peak-time energy. Revealing another Purified 500 ID, Brazilian producer P.LIMA gives listeners further insight into his melodic mind, entering a rich, uplifting soundscape with ‘Joy’. With previous support from Kevin de Vries, Eelke Kleijn and Sultan + Shepard, this rising talent continues to impress with every release. Next up, melancholic storyteller Coccolino Deep presents ‘Time’, a poignant and immersive cut that steadily rises through a mesmerizing arrangement. Emerging talent maXure follows with ‘By Chance’, an emotional and cinematic cut that unfolds with powerful intensity, demonstrating his production prowess and atmospheric sound. Closing the compilation, Istanbul-based producer Turker delivers ‘All I Want’ – an atmospheric and evocative production that left a lasting impression as the closing track of Nora En Pure’s milestone Purified 500 stream. With previous releases on ZAMNA, Steyoyoke, his blend of melodic techno is inspired by Istanbul’s cultural diversity, and has achieved notable success in Beatport’s Melodic Techno charts. The Fragments XXXVII artwork showcases an epic school of fish, coming together to create an impressive underwater structure, captured by Juan Camilo Mora (@jcmoraphotography).
