Resnacked, rethought, reimagined and redigested. Ost & Kjex are back with four tantalizing reworks from their early catalogue.nnOriginally updated to accompany their live sets, these reworkings has been causing such a stir on the dancefloor, it was time to unleash them on the public. Continental Lover and Seraphine are both stand out tracks from the duo’s break thru album “Cajun Lunch” from 2010, and has been staples in their live sets ever since. “Sicksnack” was their debut tune on Diynamic Music back in 2008 and “Federgewicht” is a collab track the duo did with Solomun, the same year. Now renamed “Fjærvekt”. All tunes were instrumental in introducing Ost & Kjex’ musically rich and fun-loving music to the international club scene.nnThe originals were made in a very different and carefree time, where the European party scene was in full bloom and optimism was floating like a summer haze over the continent. In 2026 there is just another climate and even though the tunes remain their irresistible funk, a darker, driving, more brooding atmosphere has snuck in.
