Behind the Minimal / Deep Tech : Release Notes
Chico – Roll The Drums EP Dundee-born, Glasgow-based producer Charlie Kennedy aka Chico lands on good. recordings with a two-track EP showcasing his signature bass-heavy sound. Lead track ‘Roll The Drums’ rolls deep with minimal house grooves, huge bass swells and a euphoric breakbeat breakdown before dropping straight back into the action. ‘Don’t Go’ turns the energy up another notch, bringing super garagey drums together with one of the fattest basslines you’re likely to hear. High-energy, bass-heavy club music from the man like Chico.
