Patrick Gräser operates under the Answer Code Request alias from Berlin, where he began releasing music in 2013. He runs his own label, Answer Code Request, while maintaining his status as a Berghain resident since 2012. Gräser debuted on Ostgut Ton in 2012 and has since established himself within the club's extended musical ecosystem.

Answer Code Request produces techno that deviates from standard 4/4 patterns, incorporating intricate breakbeats and pad-driven harmonies into an industrial sonic framework. His releases span Ostgut Ton, Marcel Dettmann Records, Delsin Records, and Metempsychosis Records, covering peak time driving techno alongside raw, deep, and hypnotic variants. The project also extends into electronica, house, and IDM territories, with his sound drawing from breakbeat, future garage, and UK bass influences to create hybrid compositions that blend electronic music's club-focused and experimental sides.
